James

James  is an internationally acclaimed Professional Makeup Artists. James is most recognised for being a finalist on Netflix & BBC series Glow Up season 2 and guest judge for RTÉ’s Glow Up Ireland, hosted by Love Island’s Maura Higgins. As a senior professional artist James has worked for L’Oreal Paris at Paris Fashion week, MAC Cosmetics in Los Angeles & London Fashion Weeks.

James is the latest Senior Head of Creative – Editorial Artistry at the Aliya Baig Academy of Makeup in Hyderabad, India, and recently awarded for most outstanding Senior Faculty member at the academy, which is part of the International Makeup Association. James is currently working for brands including YSL Beauty UK, and has recently demo’d at the Irish Professional Beauty show, Dublin, and the International Makeup stage for the New York Makeup Show, sponsored by Danessa Myricks Beauty.

James’s focus is on colourful transformations, creative beauty, working with celebrity clientele in the fashion & editorial industry. James has gone on to work as a celebrity makeup artists with clientele including Eva Langoria, Netflix’s breakthrough star Yasmin Finney from “HeartStopper”, Aisling Bea, Kat Graham, &  cast members of RuPaul’s Drag Race US & UK. TV/Film credentials include working on Netflix’s “Rebecca” starring Lily James & Kirstin Scott Thomas, Chanel 4 & Hulu’s series “This Way Up” starring Aisling Bea & BBC’s children’s adaptation of “Horrible Histories”.
